Answering Your Calls
We will configure the system on our server and have your Global PABX operational in just a few days. In order to receive free incoming calls you will need to purchase some IP Hardware. There are three options for receiving Global PABX calls:
Option 1:
Answer your Calls on IP Hardware
Receive incoming calls for free on an IP phone handset (“Netphone”) or convert your regular telecom phone to a Netphone with our adapters.
Option 2:
Divert your Calls to a Regular Phone or Mobile
Extensions on your Global PABX can be diverted to your regular phone or mobile phone. This option has no requirement for any equipment purchase but you pay a fee for each incoming call.
Option 3:
Answer your Calls on Our Software Phone
Our PC Softphone also allows you to receive free incoming calls no matter where you are. A PC with a Broadband Internet connection is required. Softphone calls may also be forwarded to a regular telecom phone (per minute rates apply) or to our voicemail-to-email service.
