Refunds & Disputes Policy
Disputes MUST be reported within 30 days of the time of sale. Refunds will be given only at the discretion of ITtelenet Limited. Payments for telephone recharge amounts are non-refundable.
Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery of telephone recharge amounts, international numbers and software products will be within 24 hours. Telephone handsets will be delivered within 5 working days. All telephone devices come with a 12 month warrantee and must be returned at customers cost before a repaired unit/replacement is dispatched.
